Warriors of Japan – Arts and Weapons

Exhibition from March 21 to June 28, 2026, at the Bertrand Museum, 2 rue Descente-des-Cordeliers 36000 CHÂTEAUROUX.

The museum unveils a new temporary exhibition dedicated to the history of Japanese warriors.
Through a hundred or so works, immerse yourself in the Edo period (1603-1868)! Swords, armor, ceramics and silk paintings will allow you to discover both the military world of these exceptional fighters and their contribution to the arts, from the tea ceremony to prints.
