FIAC AT THE CERNUSCHI MUSEUM

The Society of Friends is pleased to invite you on this occasion at a video presentation in the museum auditorium

In partnership with FIAC, the Cernuschi Museum and the Society of Friends of the Cernuschi Museum will present 17 at 22 in October, including a series of screenings designed to introduce the public to some of the biggest names in video art in the Far East.

This selection of films from Huang Xiaoliang, Jung Sojung, Liu Bolin, Wang Bing, Yang Fudong et Yang Yongliang highlights the stylistic and technical diversity of the works produced by these artists, from film documentaries that are sometimes awarded at international festivals of poetic animation film. It also highlights how Chinese and Korean societies are constantly questioned today in their relationship to history and tradition through contemporary media.
