Several scenes of presentation of the arts of the table will be treated through the Work of
the artist Rosanjin Kitaoji (1883-1959) to express the Japanese culinary art. In the prolongation
of the exhibition Tea at Guimet-stories of a thousand-year-old drink, chefs will propose
visitors to discover the scents and flavors of Japanese cuisine.
