This colloquium is intended to present the advancement of knowledge in the field of the arts of Vietnam from ancient times until today. This event will bring together international experts on these issues (France and Vietnam, but also North America and Asia) to stimulate interdisciplinary exchanges while presenting the diversity and richness of Vietnamese arts in a demanding and accessible way to the general public. Vietnam Arts, New Approaches is the first scientific colloquium jointly devoted to the arts and archeology of Vietnam organized outside of this country.
