Exhibition from November 7, 2025 to March 15, 2026
This exhibition, opening in November, invites visitors to follow in the footsteps of the scholars and monks who traversed mountains and sanctuaries in search of ancient inscriptions carved in stone or cast in bronze. These archaic signs and forms inspire works whose modernity arises from the unprecedented combination of calligraphy, painting, and printmaking: an encounter that bears witness to the visual revolution underway in 19th-century China.
