It is with sadness that we learned of the death of Bang Hai Ja Guillemoz on September 15 in Ardèche.
Many of us had the chance and the pleasure of meeting this great internationally renowned artist, some of whose works have been exhibited in recent years at the Cernuschi Museum. Her talent and the spirituality that emanated from her were commensurate with her simplicity and deep empathy.
Our society of friends joined in the tribute of the Korean Cultural Center where a commemorative space was dedicated to him on September 20 and 21.
We will also honor his memory by soon organizing a visit to Chartres Cathedral. She had received there, according to her own admission, a message of light which she wanted to transmit by creating in the chapter chapel, four stained glass windows entitled "The Birth", "Life", "Love" and "Peace". .
